Service
The service and guarantee to customers:
1. We shall provide a two year warranty for our machines and 1% of the sales value of spare parts will be supplied with the machines free of charge. These spare parts should be sufficient for the repair/maintenance at least 3 years for the normal operation of our machines.
2. You may send your engineers to our factory and trained by our experienced/professional staff .This will ensure that your trained engineers can operate and maintain our machines more effectively. Or we may send our experienced engineer to your factory to train your staff with a reasonable charge of travel cost, accommodation and food.
3.Operational manual of our machines will be sent to you for free.
4. We can provide professional advice on the design of the layout for your factory to meet the market requirement. We have professional staff with high degree and experience to provide all design service for you
5. It is our target to ensure that we can provide our best service to you in all aspect.
